Why I wrote the book

Some people are driven by goals. I happen to be one of them. My motto has been: give me a goal and I'll hit it, or die trying and I'm not dead yet.

Early in my career I found jobs where deadlines and goal setting were baked into my job description. After coaching hundreds of professionals in setting goals I learned that most goals are a waste of time. Still, I never gave up the hope that we could be the best versions of ourselves.

The Anti-Goals Guide is a product of my 10 year journey to discovering how to make lasting change. It's a practical book that uses methods backed by research.
